Free day
Volunteer one day, attend the other
Anyone can apply, whether you work in EMS, are a student, or just want to help. Volunteers work one shift at the conference on June 22 or 23, helping run the event with things like setup, check-in, directing attendees, supporting the learning sites and teardown. In return, you get a free single-day pass for the other day, CE included. Volunteers are chosen through a short application, and a set number of spots will be approved.
Questions
Registration runs through the venue's ticketing system, TIXR. Your registration email is also how you log in to the attendee app.
Meals aren't included, but morning coffee is. Food trucks are on site both days and you pay as you go. The Shift Change Social on June 22 has a cash bar and food for purchase, and entry with live music is included with a full pass.
Check in to each session with the attendee app, complete the short evaluation and enter the session code your instructor gives at the end. Your certificate is ready in the app right away to save or email.
Register 5 or more full passes in one order and the group discount applies automatically. Each person still needs their own name and email so their CE is tracked to them.
No. Every accepted presenter gets a free pass for both main days, June 22 and 23. Proposals are due January 31, 2027, through the call for presenters.
Anyone can apply. The volunteer application opens with registration, and a set number of volunteers will be approved. If you're selected, you'll work one shift at the conference on June 22 or 23 helping run the event, such as setup, check-in, directing attendees or supporting the learning sites, and receive a free single-day pass for the other day.
The conference runs rain or shine, just like the job, so dress for the weather and bring layers. Outdoor activities pause for lightning or severe weather, and aircraft activities depend on conditions.
Yes. Parking at the Outer Harbor is free, and the venue Wi-Fi is open to attendees.
Proof of current enrollment in an EMT, AEMT or paramedic program, such as a student ID or a letter from your program, at check-in.
