How we use your information.

What we collect

Only what you type or upload into our forms:

• Updates list: your name, email, role and agency.
• Presenter proposals: your contact details, session details, bio, disclosures and the files you upload, such as your CV, headshot and outline.
• Sponsors: your organization, contact and billing details and the sponsorship you're interested in.

We don't take payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

To plan and run the conference, review presenter proposals, keep continuing education records, follow up on sponsorships and send you the updates you asked for. We don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Who sees it

The Mercy Flight conference team. If your session is accepted, your name, credentials, bio, photo and session details will appear on the conference agenda.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored with our website host, Netlify, and a copy is emailed to the conference team through Web3Forms. Some content, like fonts and hotel photos, loads from other services, which receive basic technical information such as your IP address when a page loads. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the conference and for continuing education records.
